1. Customer Service Representative – 1 PT Position in Irving

   GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
   Incumbent will project warm, positive, helpful image to all customers at all times. Greet new players and help them in understanding all promotions in gaming facility including Player’s Club. Takes bus reservations in person and over the phone. Encourage sales of special game seats.
   
   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
   High School graduate or equivalent. One year experience performing duties comparable to customer service. Must possess good oral communication skills. Must be familiar with Bingo Operations. Must have computer knowledge. Must pass a background check in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission Regulations.
   
   
2. Game Room Cashier – 1FT Position in Irving
   Deadline: 5/23/08
   
   GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
   Handle all incoming and outgoing cash transactions. Summarize and report all cash movements of each shift to the Cash Room Department. Responsible for stocking of refreshments and beverages for patrons. Responsible for the upkeep of Game Machine areas, clean screens, toss garbage, etc. Reports to the Game Room Supervisor.
   
   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
   High School graduate or equivalent. Must possess good math skills. A positive personality and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment a plus! Experience with computers, cash registers, and calculators necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must pass a background check in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission Regulations.
